Assistant Living Facility: We manage The Largest Assis- tant Living facility on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. INSPIRATION What was your profession before entrepreneurship? I was a Registered Nurse employed at University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. What inspired you to start your business? I was inspired to start my business as I witnessed the treat- ment to pa ents based on their financial status. Sec- ondly, I took the wrong turn in my life I l was being judged for my past life, I promised to make healthcare be er, affordable for my clients. What makes you excited to get out of bed? I'm excited to get out of bed just knowing I'm making a difference in society. What keeps you focused and mo vated? My focus and mo va on is my daughter and granddaughter, I want them to see a hard working women, I want to teach them morals and principals. I want them to be be er than me.
